Sure, just one typo that I can see:

I think once I'm nitpicking that line I'd also drop the "user"
there, since it's not clear whether it means:
* user as opposed to developer (irrelevant)
* user as opposed to superuser (misleading)
* user as opposed to system process (implicit in the word "tool")

So:
   Description: Debian package management tool
or conceivably:
   Description: Debian package management front-end
