I totally agree with Norbert, but as I'm a Japanese
so I investigated the problem and found that if you
commented out
%\enableregime[utf]
then it seemed "texexec --xtx filename" worked fine.

I'm not familiar with context so I don't know why it
fixed the problem and I'm afraid there could be any other
more reasonable fix for the problem.
