segmentation fault with larger pdb files on nvidia hardware (NVIDIA binary kernel module for Linux 2.4.27-2-686) On non-nvidia hardware I don't see these problems. If pymol is started on a non-nvidia computer and the DISPLAY is set to a nvidia-accelerated computer, there is no problem. Example: cd /usr/share/doc/pymol/examples pymol 3al1.pdb .......
