Strange, I installed libc6-dbg, set the LD_LIBRAY_PATH variable and now pymol does not segfault anymore.
This was the only change. I now have added /usr/lib/debug to /etc/ld.so.conf, and after ldconfig everything works as expected. Toine > Sorry, I forgot about that.
