I see this occasionally, but always when I have no time to investigate, and later I can't reproduce it. There were 2 bugs along these lines: #461859 and #465078: The logic is as follows (I've just tested it to make sure): If no pages is selected, default to All. If 1 page is selected default to the most recent from All or Current. If more than one page is selected, default to Selected. If you select more than one page, all open dialogs will change to Selected, and on only selecting one, back to either All or Current, as above. It isn't getting nailed by the delete bug any more - I've just checked. If you can describe how to reproduce this bug, I'll try and fix it.
