Package: dovecot-common
Version: 1:1.0.13-1~bpo40+1
Severity: wishlist

Dovecot is a great pice of software and thank you for taking the time to
package and maintain it.

Please add a SIGNALS section the the dovecot manpage

I was trying to create a logrotate.d/dovecot file for my system (perhaps
this should be done by the package anyway?) and wanted to find out how
to get the daemon to reopen its logfiles. (I was previously just
restarting dovecot)

man $daemon usually tells you whether there's a signal to do this.
http://wiki.dovecot.org/RunningDovecot instead to the rescue but I think
the signal information on this wiki page here would be more helpful if
replicated in the man page.

Thanks a lot,
Stu.
