I've patched the package as to include Rachana_04.ttf (available in [1]) and generated a screenshot [2] in a special chroot; you can compare it with a screenshot rendering the same piece of text but produced with Rachana_w01.ttf I suggest you compare [2] and [3] loading them in separate tabs and switching back and forth.
