Package: ffmpeg-free
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

To be able to use video in some voip application i usually recompile an
unstripped ffmpeg on my own system (using the nice get-orig-source rules).
But i really want to minimize my non-vanilla debian pacakges to a minimum. So
i just want the encoders ffmpeg ships itself, not the ones debian on libs not
in debian at all. Unfortunately DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=risky requires the external
libraries. So to be able do this i have to hack up the rules file a bit.

It would rock if would be some set of DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS to only enable
internal
risky stuff, so i could do this without needing to do hacks in debian/ at all
  :)
