Bug#476756: acpi-support: Power button support broken

Looking at this further, I see now that there is a correct file in 
acpi-support-base, but I needed to completely purge then reinstall the 
acpi-support packages before it would reappear.

I have no idea why the file didn't install or got deleted but this 
probably means this isn't a bug.
