Well, I think cdd-dev just creates both and for the purpose that was
intended (the sidux-seminarix issue) a meta package would be the thing
what is needed (IMHO, without knowing sidux at all). I also do not
feel motivated to change something basically in cdd-dev to work around
potentially slow ftpmaster (which perhaps is not any more).
