Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to upload dpkg-sig signed
packages to the archive.
For that reason I'm currently not going to add dpkg-sig support to
debuild. I'm leaving the bug open but tagged wontfix in case the
situation changes (or one of the other maintainers disagrees and decides
to add the support).
