Hi Cameron, I'm seeing the same problem, so I'll add my logs.
Since the last time that debtorrent-client started: I've done an update (seeing a new version of liblocale-gettext-perl), and tried a few times to download it before it was in unique-piece-numbers file; getting a 404 status on the download. I then updated again, and the download timed out (in Aptitude) after about 15 minutes. The log attached starts at the last update.
