The new package was in the unique-piece-numbers file you got. But from
the log file, I see that your first request to download it came too
soon after the apt-get update. It can take DebTorrent a while to
process the downloaded Packages file into a torrent (especially for
main). In your case, the request came 10 seconds after the apt-get
update was complete, but the torrent wasn't ready for another 20
seconds after that. That seems particularly slow, and is probably
something I'll have to look into.

This is a separate problem from the previous one. Your second request
should have been downloaded using the HTTPDownloader, since the
package was probably not available in any other peers due to its
newness. However, the HTTPDownloader seems to be stuck, since if you
search for that in the log file you won't find it. If you could go
back further and find where it gets stuck, that section of the log
file (and what lead up to it) would be very helpful. Searching for
HTTPDownloader should help find that.
