Package: debdelta
Version: 0.23
Severity: minor

Before killing debdelta-upgrade and restarting it:

12% (8960/s) sauerbraten-data_0.0.20070819-1_0.0.20071227-1_all

After killing debdelta-upgrade and restarting it:

12% (2987k/s) sauerbraten-data_0.0.20070819-1_0.0.20071227-1_all

It should use the bytes being downloaded instead of the bytes already
downloaded to calculate the speed of the download.

I'm glad debdelta still exists BTW, and I'd love to see it integrated
into DPKG/APT, now might be a good time since they are fairly well
maintained.
