Hello!

I use GDM and after having installed ratpoison I found that I don't
have an entry in the GDM Session menu, where there are GNOME and
Openbox.

So, attached the patch to add a Xsession entry (based on the Openbox
one): obviously, the patch modifies also debian/rules to install the
Xsession entry.

Please consider for applying,
