Hi,

slave Mail: /usr/bin/bsd-mailx
Current `best' version is /usr/bin/bsd-mailx.
~ $ ls -l /usr/bin/mail{,x} /etc/alternatives/mail* /usr/bin/bsd-mailx
ls: /usr/bin/mailx: No such file or directory
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 18 2007-12-28 13:30 /etc/alternatives/mail ->
/usr/bin/bsd-mailx
Many thanks for your input. I think I know what's happened. It seems
bsd-mailx was installed before old mailx package upgrade.
Installation of bsd-mailx changed /usr/bin/mail into a symlink, but the
subsequent mailx upgrade removed the file (since it existed in old
version of mailx, but not in the new one).
I'll fix the bug in next upload. For now please reinstall bsd-mailx
(apt-get install --reinstall bsd-mailx) to recreate the missing symlinks.
Best Regards,
robert
