bsd-mailx does not create an executable /usr/bin/mail, which is required by various packages. This should probably be a link to /etc/alternatives/mail.
Strange. The link should be created by bsd-mailx's postinst script. Could you please send me the output of the following commands: update-alternatives --display mailx ls -l /usr/bin/mail{,x} /etc/alternatives/mail* /usr/bin/bsd-mailx dpkg -l dpkg | tail -n 1 Best Regards, robert -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
