Package: sbuild
Version: 0.56
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

one tedious thing I still have to do when using sbuild is to manually
assemble and merge source and binary changes if I want to include more
than the latest Debian revision in the changes, usually when bugs had
been marked as fixed in not-uploaded intermediate package revisions so
they get properly closed for a sourceful upload.

The current workflow is to create the source package with
dpkg-buildpackage -v1.2.3-4, then run sbuild without -s and then
mergechanges (with the source changes up front, then the binary
changes).

Having an option which basically shadows dpkg-buildpackage's -v option
(unfortunately, that one is already taken by sbuild for verbose output)
would be nice.
