Yeah, that's a request we'd have to make of the libc folks, since the
message gets printed before e2fsck's main() gets control.  What
happens is libc's initialization code runs to set up the thread local
storage area and when the magic syscall fails, it prints the message.

That would be much appreciated, thanks!!  There are a few German I18N
bugs filed against e2fsprogs if memory serves, and it would be great
if you could address them!!
