Hi Tormod, of course, I'm interested on getting help with xscreensaver,
I've been working on it but very slow because of my studies.

No, I'm the only maintainer right now.
 Would you like proposed changes

Simple diffs, or better in a git/svn (I haven't work with any of these
so I'm ok with learning any of this two).
Or do it your own way? Would you like to

It's not necessary, I believe this could be kept in wiki.d.o easily. :-)

I used dpatch just because was the simplest and fastest way to
implement, I'm ok with changing the patch system if is easier for you.
00_maindiffwithorig.patch is the easier way to migrate from the old way
to maintain xscreensaver.

It's not autogenerated, should be shipped in `debian/` and copied at
build time but I haven't done this (don't now yet why, maybe I've
forgotten this), anyway I didn't used this in the last release (5.04-1).

This file is shipped with the original tarball.

They are patched and used again for icons.

They are patched :-).

This is because of the `6x`. Why? Some mans overwrites the manpages of
some games.

This is because makes a new entry in the menues, but this is ok.
