Same problem with inkscape 0.45.1-1 and Helvetica font-family (at least). The file was created by inkscape 0.45.1 itself under Mac OS X. > Maybe inkscape should interpret Helvetica as Sans and Times as > Serif? AFAIK, Sans and Serif are just aliases.
