I have a doubt on what you mean, it wasn't my intention to turn this
into a political problem anyway.

I actually didn't want to deal with this issue and prefered to leave the
things as they were. I also wasn't aware of the 2004 discussions on the
matter either. So if I understand well the discussion ended as explained
