Yeah, we would have the same problem when first trying to package it because the original name is "Terminal". We renamed it xfce4-terminal because Terminal isn't a good name anyway. I guess we could rename our Terminal.desktop to something like xfce4-terminal. And maybe we should do it independantly of terminal.app (read: terminal.app should do it too) because a Terminal.desktop isn't really a good name, really too generic.
