please replace your manual depends to 'libccid' with 'libccid |
pcsc-omnikey'. this way, people can use the non-free driver with coolkey.

I think it is even beter if coolkey Depends: on libpcsclite1 since that 
is the smart card library used by coolkey.

I do not know this pcsc-omnikey package. What is the "secure mode (class 
3)" provided by these drivers?
