Yes, of course.  I know about common packages and I wasn't arguing
that wx-common is a bad thing.  Only that the -dev packages should
depend on it.  As it stands now, wxwin.m4 is "hidden" in the sense
that it doesn't get installed when one installs the -dev package.
This is contrary to my experience in Debian and, IMHO, a minor bug
easily fixed.
