ack, sorry for taking so long to get back to you - I just got things up
and running with your 1.3.81-3 packages!

I had to remove all traces of kernel-preemption, or afs barfed.
Supposedly a fix is comming in .82.

Anyway, I'm writing to ask about the status of manpages and the
up* and kas* tools - if any are ready to be included.

I've moved into a position where AFS on Linux is going to be a big
win time/effort wise in daily use (as the glue betwixt NFS on the
mainframe, and CIFS on some XP boxes -speaking of which, do you know
if there's an AFS/NFS translator for Linux?). I'm still an AFS newbie,
but am picking up speed quickly.

painful experience... I rather liked it... ;)
