Package: childsplay
Version: 0.80.2-2
Severity: normal

Hello,

in my laptop, the fullscreen mode has the LCD stay black. So I tried
--window: I get a cow at startup, but then it goes into fullscreen mode
again.

Cute note: I was trying childsplay at a conference, sitting among the
public. I had inadvertedly set the laptop volume to something quite...
audible. Then I run childsplay and I discovered it starts with a loud
"MOO!", and so did the people around me. I blushed and I tried to quit
it, but the screen was black and ESC didn't work. I then switched to a
normal console to kill the process. killall childsplay didn't work.
kill <childsplay's PID> didn't work either. I had to use kill -9. The
public had great fun watching me struggling to kill the program, with a
funny background music à la Olliver&Hardy :)

Ciao,

Enrico
