Package: iso-codes
Version: 1.4-1

After reading Christian's blog, I took a look at what it currently has
for Belgium. It currently lists the 10 provinces.

The most official documentation I can find for this,
available in Dutch and French seems to be at:
http://www.lachambre.be/QRVA/pdf/49/49K0175.pdf

This documented from 1998 basicly says that the 10 provinces are
registered, and that "BE-BRU" for the Brussels-Capital Region was
rejected.

I could find some others, but I can't find anything that really lists
them, or looks somewhat official.
For instance wikipedia also lists the 3 official regions of the country:
BE-VLG: Flemish Region
BE-WAL: Walloon Region
BE-BRU: Brussels-Capital Region

But the english version says that the first 2 don't have an
ISO-3166-2 code.

And I also found 2 of the 3 comunnity's:
BE-VL: Flemish Community
BE-FR: French Community

There is also a German community.

The Belgian constitution lists all the communities, regions and provinces,
articles 2, 3 and 5.

Article 4 also splits it up in 4 language regions, so I have to wonder
if there are any codes for that too.

Some others I found:

On google's adwords documentation I find:
BE-BRX: Brussels

And some organisation related to the NATO seems to use:
BE-BXL: Brussels-Capital Region

Anyway, I think _maybe_ BE-BRU should get added, but I could atleast
find 3 different names for it, and the things like looks most official
says it's been rejected.
