Can you please summarize? The last mail where it according to you didn't worked was with the old code from hex-a-hop 0.0.20070315-3 (accept the s/40/400/ change)? But with debian/ from SVN it works? This is possible as I also increased a few other array sizes. Or does it only work with LC_ALL=C? In this case it is probably just another Pango bug.
