I had this in my .vimrc to automatically fold .otl files as they were loaded. However, something has broken it. If I vim vo_checkbox.otl: "vo_checkbox.otl" [readonly] 267L, 7420C Error detected while processing BufRead Auto commands for "*.otl": E490: No fold found Indeed, vimoutliner doesn't seem to be loaded at all.
