If somewhere in one's configuration, one has banned_domains:*.hinet.net exim_checkaccess(8) will still say "Accepted" (at least on [EMAIL PROTECTED]'s system. CC him if details are needed, I don't have the details.) Also it seems a shame that exim says "User unknown" while the real problem is logged only in mainlog.
