When I open popus there (File->Open or Settings->Change settings), the
windows popping up are always focused. Unfortunately it has no
Search-Popup.
And when I had a look at this, I tested some other LyX popups as well...
The LyX File->Open dialog acquires focus, others (like Tools->TeX Info)
don't.
