Thanks for the explanation about dh_desktop. But I'm not the author of this .desktop file, I have never touched gnumed-client. I found this package in the list of the packages changed in Ubuntu and waiting to be merged with Debian, so my goal is only to reduce the delta between Debian and Ubuntu.
