it is installed, its not the reason for the problem, but as far as I can see, the reason is the following: the actionbutton-plugin tries to search for the "xfce-system-exit"-icon of the current theme, which is only included as a high-res-one in the "Rodent"-theme[2][3], which itself is included in the xfce4-icon-theme package, and as a low-res "fallback", which is included in the xfce4-panel package: [1] the workaround I used was simply copying [2] to [4], but I think this icon should be included in the xfce4-panel package, as it looks very similar to the low-res one.
