Hi, Source Package for scim-m17n 0.2.2: ================================== http://sinhala.sourceforge.net/files/scim-m17n/ Debianizing diff ================ A few days ago, I bumped up libscim-dev's Build-depends to 1.4.6, you can find the debianizing diff on Savannah: http://cvs.savannah.nongnu.org/viewvc/sinhala/package/scim-m17n-0.2.2.debian.diff?root=sinhala&view=log LDFLAGS="-Wl,-z,defs" ===================== dh_make adds it to the template rules file. I've read the ld man page, built and tested the package and I don't see any problem with it. I also noticed that pango's rules file also includes it: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Ensure the build aborts when there are still references to undefined # symbols LDFLAGS += -Wl,-z,defs --------------------------------------------------------------------------- If what's in the comment is true, then I think it's a good thing to include. TESTING ======= * I created a pbuilder environment for sid and successfully built scim-m17n-0.2.2 using my source package. * I installed sid on a test machine and installed the scim-m17n 0.2.2 binary package I built and very briefly tested it succesfully. cya, # -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
