You mean 5.2.4-1 ? or above ?

5.2.4-1 seems to still depend on the old non-free one.

That sounds reasonable : using wws or using soap should be the 1st
questions to ask, as features of the packages to activate... and then
only, maybe think about how to do that, i.e. need or propose fcgi.
