Package: amanda-server Version: 1:2.5.1p3-2 Followup-For: Bug #419889
Hi, Despite 2.5.1p3 being supposed to carry the fix for the "file changed as we read it", I'm still seeing the problem using amanda-server and amanda-client version 2.5.1p3-2 from unstable. Tar is version 1.16.1-1. Example from the report: /-- test.ist.utl.pt /var lev 1 STRANGE sendbackup: start [proxy2.ist.utl.pt:/var level 1] sendbackup: info BACKUP=/bin/tar sendbackup: info RECOVER_CMD=/bin/gzip -dc |/bin/tar -f - ... sendbackup: info COMPRESS_SUFFIX=.gz sendbackup: info end ? gtar: ./log/squid/access.log: file changed as we read it | Total bytes written: 1078466560 (1.1GiB, 9.4MiB/s) sendbackup: size 1053190 sendbackup: end \-------- Thanks for the attention.
