When pressing Ctrl-H the history dialog opens and the icon found in the /usr/share/epiphany-browser/icons/hicolor/ directory is shown in the upper left corner (metacity menu). Same for the bookmark dialog when pressing Ctrl-D. When downloading a file the correct icon is shown in the notification area.
