I have been partitioning non embedded metadata like tags so they are
stored elsewhere and wont be lost if you delete the index or reindex.

Ive already added moved stuff to the XDG dirs as next release is going
to require a complete reindex. 

Have not applied to svn yet but will be there in the next day or so.
