That the Debian reportbug tool hanged forever (or until C-c was pressed
three times in a row), because it (indirectly) placed three batch calls
to TeX-submit-bug-report without redirecting Emacs stdin from /dev/null,
so that TeX-submit-bug-report would wait for stdin to provide a never
coming subject.
