Package: smbnetfs Version: 0.3.8-1 Severity: normal Hi, i was in a big LAN party this weekend, more than 200 windows computers. I had fun with smbnetfs, great fs.
Now, i am back at home (different network addressing): - smbnetfs keeps browsing the old LAN, even if it is not reachable anymore. keeps sending broadcasts. - i tried to fusermount -u it, no error, but found that the UDP broadcast was still happening. then i noticed that the smbnetfs was still alive. i had to gently killed it. Thanks. -- System Information: Debian Release: sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: powerpc (ppc) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.20.1-ben Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to fr_FR.UTF-8) Versions of packages smbnetfs depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-12 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libfuse2 2.6.2-1 Filesystem in USErspace library ii libsmbclient 3.0.23d-2 shared library that allows applica smbnetfs recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
