Package: aide Version: 0.13.1-4 Severity: important I'm trying to get AIDE to report only changes. Content of /etc/default/aide: MAILSUBJ="Daily AIDE report for $FQDN" MAILTO=root QUIETREPORTS=yes COMMAND=update COPYNEWDB=yes LINES=1000 NOISE="" AIDEARGS=""
When running /etc/cron.daily/aide from the command line as root, I get: ./aide: line 342: CHANGES: unbound variable As far as I can see, variable $CHANGES is never initialised or assigned anywhere. Perhaps $ARETVAL should be used?
