Package: gcalctool Version: 5.8.25-1 Severity: normal This isn't a big deal as there is a work-around, but it's annoying, and it's easily reproducible.
Conduct an operation and get the result, e.g.: 2 + 2 = Press "Mod" Enter the modulo argument. Press = You'll get "Malformed expression." However, if you backspace over the last number in the result from the intial operation (it makes more sense if you're working with larger numbers, say squaring 89), and then press "Mod" and enter the modulo argument and press =, the result is calculated. So perhaps internally there is some trailing garbage after a calculation that prevents Mod from working directly on the intermediate result?
