No, it's not. It's normal at best. Please *do not* overinflate bug severities. It *will not* cause the bug to get more attention, but it will tend to cause actual important bugs to be lost in the noise.
Don't know what you use sort for Mike but it is critial to server monitoring tools that parse system logfiles.
