I know that, and I've already pointed this out here: http://lists.debian.org/debian-release/2007/01/msg01287.html I can t-p-u the previous version (the one that was in testing and compiles against policy version 6) that divvers essentially in 3 lines: the build dependency and a one line patch for the test file.
