Package: tex4ht Version: 20060913-1 Followup-For: Bug #360618 Hello,
I just installed tex4ht and this bug re-appears. Copying /etc/tex4ht/tex4ht.env to the current working directory works around it, as before. I've read the previous posts and I don't know much about kpathsea. Maybe it does not recognize the .env file extension.
