The question is whether the documentation is sufficiently out-of-sync that
it's better to let the user consult on-line docs from upstream than to
present them with inaccurate docs in Debian.  I don't know of any reason why
this is the case here, but I don't use gnat at all; Matthias is listed as an
uploader, so presumably he has a better idea than I do, so I'll defer to his
judgement on whether this is RC.
