The problem with kwifimanager doesn't anymore exist in upstream
versions (tested it with KDE 3.4 and 3.5). Tested it back then with a
Dell Latitude C640 (with a Dell Truemobile 1150 Orinoco WLAN card) and
a Thinkpad T42p (with an Intel Wireless 2200)
