I'm very certain I downgraded libgpod0, though I haven't tried gtkpod.
I've been worried about losing the few hundred album covers I
configured in Amarok to some database disagreement.

Thank you! This fixed both the cover art and the disconnect button
problem. Also, I'm no longer having problems with Amarok always
complaining upon startup that a stale lock file is inhabiting my iPod,
which I did before.

Just before upgrading to the new package, I was using the old Amarok
with libgpod0 0.3.2-1.1 and tried using its "Repair iPod -> Refresh
Cover Images" option. It seemed to corrupt my iPod; upon quitting
Amarok and manually unmounting and ejecting the iPod, the first song I
tried to play froze the iPod.

With the new Amarok package, "Refresh Cover Images" worked.

Thanks for your help.
