Package: mbpeventd
Version: 0.9-1
Severity: wishlist

Hello,

I am using Gnome to manage the eject key and the 3 sound keys.
The problem is that mbpeventd also manages the sound level so if I
press F5 the sound is increased by Gnome _and_ by mbpeventd. The
increase granularity is then too high to be usefull.

I commented the audio section in /etc/mbpeventd.conf but I then got the
default configuration.
I changed the card name from "default" to "toto". It works but it is not
nice.
I now set the step to 0 but it may not be the best solution.

I propose to add a new field like
  enabled = yes/no
in each section of /etc/mbpeventd.conf. It is present for the eject key
and IR. I would like to also have it for the audio. And why not also
for LCD and kbd?

Thanks
